Oxygen icon theme

This theme is distributed under terms of LGPL v3 (which is unfortunately incompatible with GPL v2 and therefore this theme cannot be distributed as part of MPView). Unpack the theme and install it in "icons" subdirectory (typically /usr/local/share/mpview/icons with default configuration)
